Google commits fraud while dealing with DMCA take-downs, when it comes to the top porn sites including Pornhub.com, Xvideos.com and Spankbang.com. Google responds to DMCA complaints with "No Content Found", many days later in an email. Google lists the links you report correctly, in this email response, but once you click on the link the link leads to a page with spaces added to the url, a page that says "no content found" which is a completely different page from the one you submitted to Google. Clear fraud.

Another issue with Google is trademark infringement. Google does not allow producers etc. to remove top search results such as “mysite” or “models name” from Google rankings when the top porn stealing sites are ranked on Google, for your trademarked terms. Spankbang, Pornhub, and Xvideos all get a free pass to rank tops on Google for Trademarked terms, not their own and even though these sites have none of this content. So when users search for “mypornsite”, instead of listing mypornsite.com at the top of the list, Google will rank sites like Spankbang, Pornhub, and Xvideos to the top of the list even if they have no content from “mypornsite.com”. This allows these top porn stealing sites to receive millions of visits through these fraudulent Google rankings.

Google claims they'll take down high-ranking pages, from their rankings if the content isn't there, but they don't actually do it. The form used for this process simply responds “the content is still there” and there is no way to respond with “no, there is no such content on this page” or to even give this information when submitting the initial complaint.
